The unique challenge for Kids ‘n Kamp is to maintain funding while continuing to support families touched by childhood cancer. The non-profit organization seeks to inspire and pursue corporations, individuals, and community stewards to sustain the advancement of the organization’s public awareness and advocacy through fundraising events, time, personnel, or creative resources. Kids ’n Kamp also strives to grow its number of families served, community engagements, programs, events, and fundraising efforts for the preservation and perpetuation of its distinct and devoted cause.
Positioned Kids ’n Kamp as the only independent, non-profit organization offering a total lifeline of support, programs and events for families touched by childhood cancer, utilizing its unique Halo Family Solidarity Services as an immersive system of sustenance devoted to the social, educational, emotional and spiritual needs of the entire family (patient-child, parents and siblings), which is collectively cultivated through three critical and constant supports, Mentoring, Mending and Messaging, fostering familial replenishment and relational enrichment.
